I wanted to do some kind of action-y pose, I felt like drawing Sonic for the first time in forever, and coincidentally, the day I finished this ended up being the exact day of his 25th anniversary.

Funny how that works, huh? =o

Still, it's kinda nice how it worked out that way. 'Cause Sonic will always have a special place in my heart. His games are what got me into video games in the first place, his fandom was the first one I seriously got into online and I made most of my friends because of it, and without him, I probably wouldn't have gotten into drawing the way I have.

Happy anniversary, big guy. Hope you have a lot more to come.

...You know, once Sega learns how to make good games with you again.

And preferably more than just two in a row, like what happened with Colors and Generations.
